The season 6 of Nigeria’s favourite reality Tv show; Big brother Naija ushered in Pere Egbi as its Head of House for Week 3 after he beat the other housemates at the HOH games. Upon his new appointment in the house, he gathered the housemates together for an address and told them that they must respect the emblem on his neck as it was a sign of authority. Surely, it is a week the housemates won’t forget in a hurry. Exercising his power over the operations of the house, he had commanded that WhiteMoney stop all his activities in the kitchen because he felt it was a strategy used by WhiteMoney; an action that had the other housemates reeling out their frustrations as WhiteMoney had been the housemate who cooks for the remaining 22 housemates. Apparently, no other person could step into those shoes so Nini, Boma and few other HMs spoke up so that WhiteMoney could resume his duty in the kitchen. It has been a fun week to say the least.

Young girl sues Ekiti Government for getting flogged over hairstyle

A JS1 student of an Ekiti State Public school has sued the Ekiti State Government for a neat sum of 15 million naira in damages for flogging her because of her haircut hence breaching her fundamental rights. This might be a pointer to how the next generation would act concerning their rights and state of affairs but this little girl’s case makes for a good laugh. Nigerians have been reacting to the news with joy. One Instagram user had said;

“This girl dey motivate me, ajeeh. ” 😂

Well, she has certainly motivated us. You can sue anybody for any wrong you feel was done you. But sue wisely oo. 😁
