Wash off your make up:
It can never be over-emphasized the benefits of washing off your make every night. Never!! I repeat never sleep with your make, no matter how tired you are, take-out time to wash it off. When you leave your make up on, your skin absorbs most of it which does no good for your skin as most of cosmetic products have harsh chemicals that would stress your skin. Wash your skin thoroughly of all make-up and use a water-based wipe to clean your face after.
Switch your body position:
As funny as it may sound, your body position can contribute to you having wrinkles, this is as a result of body compression, when you press your face against the pillow the same way every night. Overtime, your skin muscles become weaker in some places than others and wrinkles start to form. You can avoid this by regularly changing your sleeping position or better still, sleeping on your back.
Use coconut oil:
Coconut oil is a natural emollient that gives your skin nutrients by filling the gaps in your epidermis which in turn makes your skin smooth. Not only that, it helps make your skin retain moisture, making it look fuller. So if you want to get rid of wrinkles and dry skin use coconut oil.
Take less sugar:
Limit your sugar intake because sugar in your body sets off a process called glycation and advanced end products glycation end a.k.a AGEs. AGEs breaks down the collagen in your body, overtime making you look older. AGEs has also been attributed to oil-rich food thus, take less sugar and oil-rich food and you would have a youthful look.
Banana mask:
Applying banana paste to your face helps boost your skin as it contains vitamins and natural oils. Use a thin layer of banana paste on your skin for 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse it off with warm water. You can make your banana paste yourself it isn’t difficult to make.
Egg membrane:
While eggs are natural nutrients that improve body growth and egg whites improve your skin appearance, the thin membrane that separates the white from the shell is more effective. Use egg membrane cream to reduce your wrinkles, produce collagen that smoothens your skin.
Massage:
Massages can help reduce your wrinkles by increasing proteins that keep the skin smooth. Facial massages for three to five minutes can reduce stress thus reducing your wrinkles. You can massage your face yourself if you don’t want to go to a spa or massage salons. To do this apply pressure with your fingers to your face move your fingers in circular strokes around your face for three to five minutes and it would do the trick.
