‘Sim registration continues’, Federal Government declares

Friday, 16th April, 2021 marks the welcome back of Sim registration in Nigeria as the federal government has lifted the ban for the continual process of Sim registration. For a while, the registration has been put on hold due to another registration which is the National Identification Number Card(NIMC). Many Nigerians have lost their Sim cards but couldn’t retrieve and those that needed Sim cards could not get another due to the stoppage early this year. Many of the people involved in Sim replacement/registration business have been awaiting the restoration of their business this hard time. Though, the pandemic has affected so much not to leave a mark but the gaps are getting filled gradually.
